Welcome to Young Adult Literature Recaps
This is a site where I am planning on re-reading some of my younger self’s favorite books. As a 45 year old woman, I’m very interested in seeing if they still hold up now that I am out of that angsty teenage phase…well, MOSTLY out of it.
Please bear with me as I am just starting this site and my first book is set to arrive on Monday. Pardon my dust until I get it off the ground, and thanks for checking it out.
**UPDATE 1/13/20** Three books arrived today. I am excited to start reading and get to reviewing!
Series Books
We all knew them well. The Sweet Valley High’s, Cheerleaders and so many more. How do they hold up over time?
Individual Books
There was no shortage of individual young adult books in the 80’s either. Some more generic than the others.
